His uncanny ability to predict Toronto’s next hot neighbourhood, coupled with a wealth of knowledge about all things commercial real estate, from industry insight and investment potential to licensing and location, have earned him a reputation as the ‘go-to guy for anyone looking to open The Next Big Thing – not surprising, as many of his clients regularly appear in the Top 10 lists of Toronto Life, NOW Magazine and BlogTO. Ori also has and shares his valuable experience of being a landlord for several commercial properties in Toronto to serve and benefit his clients.

Mark’s area of expertise is in commercial building sales/leasing and single/multi-family investment properties. In addition to restaurant re-sales, he has a proven track record that includes landlord and tenant representation in retail leasing deals for hospitality, cannabis, and daycare operations since becoming licensed in 2013.
Mark’s clients benefit from the insider knowledge gained over his 20+ years of experience in restoring and developing investment properties/homes in the GTA and in-depth knowledge of commercial/residential construction. Mark has extensive general contracting experience for commercial retrofits and residential whole-home rebuilds. His residential trade history includes multi-million dollar residential deals and lucrative property flips.
The hospitality industry is close to Marks’ heart. He spent five years of working life helping in his family’s food importing and distribution business in the 1990s. He is also a foodie with a passion for cooking and a respectful appreciation of international cuisines, including Italian, Mexican, and Asian foods.
From business owner to senior management, Christian has done it all in the hospitality business in Italy, Vancouver and Toronto. At each stop, he has contributed skills, expertise, and attention to detail. He understands what motivates and concerns every type of hospitality professional.
Christian finds the perfect transition for his passion by joining the team at CHI Real Estate Group, specializing in hospitality, food service, food manufacturing and real estate investment opportunities. KRISTIN BERRY M.Ed, CTDP

Kristin is an experienced veteran of both adult education and the real estate industry.
Growing up helping her father, a national franchise sales director for one of the largest brokerages in the world, she was raised in the real estate industry.
After graduating with a diploma in Human Resources and spending time working in financial services, Kristin became a licensed real estate agent and achieved her certification in Adult Education from OISE at the University of Toronto. She also recently graduated with a master’s in Educational Leadership. Her work experience includes large reputable Canadian intuitions such as CIBC, the Toronto Real Estate Board, and APOTEX.
Kristin looks forward to combining all of her valuable experience into her role with CHI Real Estate Group. Her goal is to help her team and clients achieve their goals!
