Ori came up in the restaurant industry. Working as a cook, dishwasher and pizzaiolo before moving into commercial real estate, where he has established a reputation in Toronto’s restaurant scene for his insider knowledge of F&B. His clients have included everyone from Bar Raval to Chantecler, Blackbird Bakery, DaiLo and Ruby Soho.
A decades-long career in commercial real estate, coupled with his Back Of House(BOH) roots, has given him unparalleled insight into investment potential, licensing and location. As the landlord of several commercial properties in Toronto, Ori has a wealth of personal experience to draw on that only serves to further benefit his clients.
Ori is experienced and approachable. He has a gift for explaining complex leases and breaking down contract terms into plain English that is ideal for both industry veterans and first time buyers.

A veteran of the hospitality business, from bartender to barista to owner, Christian has worked in Italy, Vancouver and Toronto. He understands the restaurant industry from the inside out, and that specialized knowledge informs his career in commercial real estate.
Since joining CHI Real Estate Group, he has developed his niche in hospitality, food service, food manufacturing and real estate investment opportunities. Christian has had a hand in creating some of the most exciting F&B experiences in Toronto and the GTA. From Taverne Tamblyn in the east end to CKTL & Co and Curryish in the downtown core, he’s now expanding his territory to cover Hamilton and beyond.
